An Evaluation Process That Is Unique to the Medicine of You.

Our clinic is distinguished by the unparalleled time, expertise, and collaborative focus devoted to each patient.

Initial Comprehensive Wellness Examination

60-minute private consultation

Your journey begins with a dedicated, focused visit intent on understanding you and your health goals.

This visit includes:

• A thorough health history and symptom review
• Discussion of personal goals, concerns, lifestyle, and stressors
• Practitioner-guided selection of the most appropriate specialty laboratory testing
• Initial Seca Body Composition Scan

This visit allows us to look beyond symptoms and begin identifying the foundational drivers influencing your physiology and how you feel and function.

Collaborative Lab Review by Both Co-Founders

Approximately 60 minutes (provider-only review)

Once your laboratory results are available, both co-founders personally review your labs together—an uncommon level of collaboration in healthcare today.

This internal review allows for:

• Cross-disciplinary clinical insight
• Pattern recognition across multiple body systems
• Thoughtful, individualized care planning

This collaborative step ensures your individualized treatment plan is not rushed, templated, or algorithm-driven.

In-Depth Patient Follow-Up Consultation

60-minute face-to-face visit

You are then scheduled for a comprehensive follow-up visit to review your results in detail.

This visit includes:

• Clear explanation of each relevant lab marker
• Written education so you fully understand your health data
• Discussion of how findings relate to symptoms, function, and long-term health
• A personalized care roadmap designed specifically for you

In total, this represents over two hours of direct, high-level clinical attention focused solely on your health.

Follow-Ups & Ongoing Care

Ongoing care is structured to support safety, consistency, and results.

• Memberships include a 30-minute follow-up visit, which may be conducted in-office or via telehealth, depending on clinical needs.
• Patients undergoing hormone therapy or advanced biologic therapies are required to be seen every 3 months.
• Updated laboratory testing is mandatory at these intervals to ensure safety, effectiveness, and appropriate dosing.
• Follow-up appointments must be scheduled before medications run out to avoid interruptions in care.

This structured approach allows us to monitor progress, adjust treatments thoughtfully, and support long-term patient success.

Insurance

Executive Health & Wellness is a concierge medical practice and does not accept medical insurance.

• Payment is required at the time of service.
• Laboratory testing is billed separately through the office or may be billed by third-party laboratory providers and may be submitted to insurance by the lab.
• Any copays, deductibles, or balances determined by insurance are the patient’s responsibility.

This model allows us to invest meaningful time with patients, provide collaborative care, and remain independent of insurance-driven limitations.

Cancellation Policy

We value both your time and ours, and appointments are reserved specifically for you.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee, charged to the credit card on file.
• No-show appointments (failure to cancel or attend) will incur a $100 no-show fee.

These policies allow our investment in all our clients to ensure availability and access for all those patients in our care.
